We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the mountains. The staff here were incredibly friendly and attentive, taking care of our every need. The rooms were spacious, well-decorated, and spotlessly clean, with each room having its own balcony offering breathtaking views. The hotel's beautiful garden and swimming pool were so inviting that we didn't want to leave. In addition, the traditional restaurant on-site served delicious dinners, showcasing the best of Austrian cuisine. the comfort, quality services, and attention to detail at this hotel exceeded our expectations.

We had a great time during our winter vacation. The facilities were amazing. We especially enjoyed the heated swimming pool and sauna. The view of the nearby mountains was stunning. The staff was really friendly and provided us with a great breakfast every morning. We also appreciated the afternoon tea and biscuits.

Although the hotel was beautiful, the location wasn't the best for us. We felt isolated and there were very few activities nearby.

The mountain views from the room were impressive and the breakfast had a wide range of tasty food. We enjoyed exploring the area around the hotel, since it was located close to several great spots to watch the fireworks. Plus, the nearby restaurant served delicious meals with traditional dishes.

We found it annoying that there was no way to get additional service after 6 pm and the room lacked air conditioning or a fan, which meant we had to leave the windows open to get some fresh air. we were disappointed that our requests for a few more blankets went unanswered.
